Public space will be the characteristic feature at the seepark city aspern in terms of spatial atmosphere. The complex demands on open space areas as a linking space will be complied in a productive way to generate a multiple way of use. The Seepark city quarter is being interpreted as a hybrid sequence of places and alleys with dynamic links. The classical understanding of open space limited by plinths are replaced by an unlimited ground floor zone.
