In the course of enhancement works of the pedestrian zone of the Kaufbreurer inner city a new lightness shall be inscribed into the historical context and upgrade the open space beyond design into a barrier-free zone of every day quality. The pedestrian zone can be thus reactivated as the back bone for the inner city in cultural, economical and touristic terms.
