Due to the dismantling of the caserne Banter see park is regained as strategic urban space after years of military use. Next to building the TWWP this key region between the southern town and the wadden sea will be revaluated in terms of nature as well as for the locals. The natural entree in the northeast of the area is complementing the subsequent open spaces alongside the Jade-boulevard and serves as an entrance to the TWWP and the new multi-use-hall.
