we transform a former military training area between the danube and the city of klosterneuburg into a contemporary urban district which main attraction is water. surface and roof water is collected in the public open spaces and 100% of it seeps away or evaporates on the future promenade. as a second characteristic of the urban quarter, the former military training area becomes a floodable adventure park in the flood plain of the danube.
