The design for the former Prinz-Leopold and Pionier Barracks is consciously and seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, creating a multitude of spaces and opportunities for its future residents as well as the adjacent neighborhoods. At the core of the design is a generous park functioning as a central green space with significant environmental and social qualities, accessible for the whole district.
